Connect FSS Introduces Voice Banking Platform

Sandy, UT, September 29, 2020 – Connect Financial Software Solutions (Connect), a CUSO providing advanced enterprise digital banking services to credit unions, has announced the availability of a new voice banking platform, Emerge Voice Experience (EVE). EVE offers credit unions a digital channel for voice interactions that integrates seamlessly into Connect's digital banking platform.
EVE is a customizable voice banking platform that enables credit union members to interface with voice-controlled intelligent personal assistants. Voice banking is carried out through devices or smartphones compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant applications. Using conversational voice commands, members can quickly, conveniently, and securely execute banking functions such as obtaining balance information, making transfers, loan payments, and tracking spending.

In order to create a consistent member experience with multiple voice services, EVE is designed as a central platform that accesses data from the digital banking platform. Credit unions can easily tailor EVE to deliver relevant information and on-brand messaging that promotes member interactions.
The source code for EVE was acquired from a leading voice banking provider. Connect plans to further develop the EVE platform with enhanced features and third-party integrations as the voice banking channel and voice technology continue evolving.
